YEO Wee Yong

PhD, Indiana University
BBA (Finance), National University of Singapore

Wee Yong is the Academic Director for the MSc in Finance programme. His research interests include financial markets and institutions, as well as REITs. He has clinched numerous teaching awards, and was placed on the NUS Annual Teaching Excellence Awards Honours Roll in 2017.

Stephen DIMMOCK

B. Comm, University of Saskatchewan

Stephen is the Head of the Finance Department and a Provost’s Chair Professor. His research interests include household finance, portfolio choice, financial advisors, financial misconduct, endowment funds, and behavioural finance. These have been published in leading journals. Stephen teaches investments and fixed-income courses. He has won numerous teaching awards.

Sumit AGARWAL

PhD, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee
B.Sc., Computer Science, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee

Sumit is the Low Tuck Kwong Distinguished Professor. His research interests include issues relating to financial institutions, household finance, behavioural finance, international finance, real estate markets, urban economics and capital markets. His research has been published in journals such as The American Economic ReviewJournal of Finance, and Journal of Financial Economics, and widely cited in leading periodicals such as The Wall Street JournalThe New York Times and The Economist.

David REEB

PhD, University of South Carolina
B.A., Louisiana State University

David holds the Mr and Mrs Lin Jo Yan Professorship in Banking and Finance at NUS. He also serves as the Head of the Accounting department and the Director of Business Doctoral Programmes at NUS Business School. His research focuses on corporate finance, encompasses financial disclosure choices, and delves into international business. He is one of the most prominent scholars in the world on family-controlled firms.

Johan SULAEMAN

Johan is the Director of the Sustainable and Green Finance Institute (SGFIN) at NUS. Johan currently teaches courses on Portfolio Theory, Asset Allocation, and Derivatives. His research has been published in internationally renowned journals and cited in various international publications, such as the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
